Many thanks for organising a great trip to Queenstown , NZ at short notice , in peak season !! It all went very smooth , and was easy !..the way a snowboarding trip should be ! ....With the highlight being a day of helidrop boarding, after an awesome 45cm overnight dump ! Gave new meaning to " off piste " !!!!!! It opened our eyes to a whole new world of uncrowded powder !!

That's why we have allready booked our second trip back with Whiteroom Tours ...And just about to book our third trip ...

Hi Paul

I'm back! And very grateful to you for organising me such a brilliant trip.

I had a great time and as far as all the admin went from flights to lift passes to location of the pension, you name it, it was smooth.

Thank you for pulling everything together so quickly and easily for me. It's so clear how much you helped out and it made fro a great holiday.

Hey Paul,
Received the travel docs the other day and everything looks great.

All of our queries and concerns seem to be covered, so thanks very much for that.

I see Myoko has been getting some nice dumps of late so we are all very excited with the prospect of some fresh powder!

Our experience with you organizing our holiday has been first rate, even though we have never met face to face , your replies and phone calls have always been prompt and addressed any issues in a professional manner.

All that remains is to experience what have planned so long for!

Hi Paul,

Our holiday was all we had hoped for and more. It was a great experience for my 2 daughters and forged some memories they will keep for a long time hopefully.

We had a slight hiccup with our acom in Myoko and we ended up staying at the Alp due to a virus going through our original hotel. However they were most helpful there and we couldn't have wished for better hosts. The ski in ski out proved a great bonus.

Skiing conditions were outstanding , even though it did snow pretty much non stop for 3 days, but hey that's what we were there for!

The hotel in Tokyo was ideal with the JR line directly adjacent, and after a steep learning curve on the first day, we travelled the trains daily like seasoned locals ( with only minimal vacant staring at the signage in the stations). On arriving at the Shinagawa Prince they upgraded us to 2 larger rooms on the 27th floor of 1 of the main towers with great views of the city. They told us we had too much gear for the rooms originally booked ....ah the joys of traveling with 3 women. The facilities and entertainment in that giant complex were just amazing.

All in all a wonderfully planned and successfully executed holiday which has whetted our appetite for more travel in the future.

Thanks Paul, I have recommended your agency to other friends who ski and ride and I know they have checked out your website.

Thanks a million for all your hard work at getting this trip up and going.
Wow what a great trip , i had a blast.
What a shame for Japan that only a week after our excitment they get the quake that is completley devastating to say the least.
From what i experienced of Japan they are fantastic people with great history and respect for people visiting there country, a far cry from australia i must say.
I hope you and Whiteroom are still able to do tours to Japan and I hope to be back on another tour 2 yrs away.

Hi Paul,

Had a fantastic time – even though I was the oldest on the trip!

Matty didn’t want to leave – and I don’t think that anyone else wanted to either. Matty is collating all of the photos and videos so we should have them up on the FTP server soon. In the meantime, some of the guys have put some selected pictures on their Facebook pages.

I have a couple of mates that are keen to go next year now.

Hi Paul,

Just a quick note to say thank-you for the fantastic NZ holiday you organised for both Shane and I.
Expectations were fulfilled, and a great time had by both of us. I am just missing Steve moaning everyday about not starting a Helicopter business years ago. (should be Steve, not Kev!)
